Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2000, I have worked both in a gym environment and as a freelance trainer. Whether you are interested in home training or want to train in the AKA studio, I am available to create a programme tailored to your needs.

Whilst being focussed on martial arts, my main interest is in corrective exercise and functional training looking at body anatomy and physiology.
